It is the node room above the room with the bird/nature projection. This glitch I observed happening was in chapter 7 and I was playing in Zealot mode (I am not sure if this works in all difficulty settings, or at other node rooms in other levels - you'll have to experiment)

I repeated this 5 times for the benefit of everyone in the lobby just to get an idea of how many times this can work my guess is that it may be an indefinite amount of times I didn't go beyond 5 because I didn't want to make my 2nd play-through too much easier.

I can go in one time and only get a double health pack, some pulse rounds and $700 in cash, and the next time there will be a single health pack, gold semiconductor, stasis pack, plasma rounds, and $300 in cash (example). However, each time the contents changed slightly, or were less bountiful. Since I noticed the node didn't need replacing to get in, I figured that I had cleared this room already once before and it was magically restocked after saving and reloading.

I inadvertently stumbled across this glitch when I wasn't sure if I had cleared a node room of it's contents, and walked back into it a day after saving to check.
